Yet again the state government launched a scheme to provide free coaching to the SC/ST students in the state. We are talking about the Chhatra Protsahan Yojana launched on october 4th 2021. various centres of excellence will be provided in the state in order to provide the free coaching. What is Chhatra Protsahan Yojana Odisha

Chhatra Protsahan Yojana is a scheme launched by the State Government of Odisha. The scheme will provide free coaching to the ST/SC students of the state for engineering and medical entrance examinations. 

Chhatra Protsahan Yojana Odisha Aim

The aim of Chhatra Protsahan Yojana is to provide free coaching to the ST/ SC students in the state. The aim is also to develop the potential of the ST SC students in the state.

Chhatra Protsahan Yojana Odisha Features

• Under Chhatra Protsahan Yojana free coaching will be provided to the ST SC students for the engineering and medical entrance examinations. 
• Through the scheme the coaching will be provided for free and hence no cost will be taken from the students.
• Under the scheme, 7 centres of excellence have been set up in schools to provide coaching.
• The ST and SC development department will run the centres of excellence in the schools. 
• Under the scheme, the students will be selected on the basis of their marks obtained in standard 10. 
• The students who have passed from the SSD schools will be required to go through a selection test in order to get the free coaching. 

Chhatra Protsahan Yojana Odisha Eligibility

• Chhatra Protsahan Yojana will benefit the ST SC students only in the state of Odisha.
• The ST/SC students of other states will not get the benefits of the scheme. 
• In order to get the free coaching, the students will be selected on the basis of their merits obtained in standard 10. 
• The students who have passed from the SSD schools will be given the free coaching.
• The students must go through a selection test in order to get the coaching. 

Chhatra Protsahan Yojana Odisha Documents 

Since the students will be selected on the basis of merits in standard 10, they might be required to show their Certificates, mark sheet and documents of class 10. The student may be asked to show their SSD School passing certificate. All the other information regarding the important documents will be updated by the state government and the relevant department soon.

In order to get the free coaching, the students will be selected on the basis of their merits obtained in standard 10. The students who have passed from SSD schools must go through a selection test in order to get the coaching.
