Target group under scheme –

The target people of the scheme is dalit families in Telangana

Total beneficiaries of scheme –

The total beneficiaries of the scheme is 11, 900 families which is almost 100 families each from the total of 119 constituencies

Main objective of scheme launch –

The main purpose of scheme launch is to offer financial help from state government to the dalit families of every constituency. As per CM, it will be scheme implementation, evaluate results, and create fund for beneficiaries

Financial help for the families –

Each family who are eligible under the scheme will be given a total of rupees 10 lakh without the need of any bank guarantee and it will be offered from state government

Money sanctioned for scheme implementation –

A total of 1200 crores have been given to start the scheme with an additional of rupees 2000 crores for a pilot project that has been running in Huzurabad.

Section wise help for Dalits –

The poorest families in the section should be given first. Then, the retired and rich people among dalits should be included to get the scheme benefits

After implementation of the scheme, the main idea is to implement and monitor its function as the earliest and make it beneficial for the dalit families in the state. The beneficiaries will be selected from a total of 20, 929 families and it will be done based on the scrutiny of the higher authorities of the state. By doing so, the state government is trying to get rid of sociological and economical differences among dalits for decades and show them ways for a better living.

In dalit representative meeting, it has been urged that the financial help should be given directly to dalit family. With the money, it will be easy for them to select and decide for the course of work where from they can make a living.

But the initiative is seen to be a great one when the state government is making planning and executing it for help of the dalit families.
